Our story so far

Female Founders Fair (FFF) was originally set up back in 2018 by Eleanor Hudson (Co-founder & CEO) as a event company to promote entrepreneurship to young girls age 14-18. This business was built off the back of Eleanor’s own frustrations being extremely outnumbered as a young women in business and one of two girls on her Entrepreneurial Business Management Degree in Newcastle.

After a few months of running the business Eleanor quickly realised that she wanted to create a scalable business model that could reach a diverse group of women all over the world, and this meant growing a community and involving tech. Eleanor then joined a Programme called New Entrepreneurs Foundation (NEF) in order to excel her learning and meet like-minded people. At the first ever NEF event Eleanor quickly hit it off with Amelia Wollaston who was working at Charlotte Tilbury at the time (NOW Co-founder & CMO) when they both realised that they just couldn’t shift the frustration that so many women never achieve their career potential. After a month of collaboration and understanding each other’s strengths Amelia Joined Eleanor on a the FFF journey to amp up women’s careers.

Since then both Eleanor and Amelia have built a community of over 8,000 women, have a strong Instagram presence, create educational content, pitched to investors, and are about to bring out e-learning around The 6 - Secrets to Success in partnership with Quantum Vantage.

The Six Secrets to Success enables all women identify who they are, what they truly desire and how to get there. We have lots of plans for the future and are over the moon to have you on our journey.
